Tube Furnaces For High Temperature Single-Zone Laboratory Applications

Kare Series tube furnaces reach up to 1300°C with 200–450 mm heating zones. Featuring removable ceramic or quartz tubes, they offer safe, precise, and reliable thermal processing.

Kare Series Tube Furnaces are laboratory furnaces designed with a removable and easily replaceable tube, independent of the heating elements. They operate up to 1300°C and are available with single-zone control, offering heating zones between 200 mm and 450 mm.

The tube can be supplied as ceramic (C610 Mullite) or quartz, depending on application needs. This flexibility makes the Kare Series ideal for various thermal processes in laboratory and research environments.

Constructed with high-quality fiber boards featuring low thermal conductivity, the furnaces provide excellent insulation, fast heating, and safe external surface temperatures. Kanthal A-1 heating elements are used up to 1200°C, while Kanthal APM elements ensure long service life and performance at 1300°C.

Control System:
Equipped with advanced PID digital controllers (EVO Mini, EVO 770, or multi-program options), the furnaces ensure precise temperature stability. Each program step can be set up to 9999 minutes, and the Hot Start feature resumes operation after a power outage.

Optional Features:

  • C610 Mullite ceramic or quartz tubes

  • Inert gas flanges for protective atmosphere operation

  • Water-cooled vacuum flanges (aluminum or nickel-chrome options)

  • Spare ceramic or quartz working tubes
