Tube Furnaces for High Temperature Laboratory and Industrial Applications
Lava Series tube furnaces reach 1200°C with heating zones from 250–900 mm. Available in vertical, horizontal, or universal designs, they support vacuum and gas atmospheres with advanced PID control.
Lava Series Tube Furnaces are designed for laboratory and industrial applications requiring precise temperature control up to 1200°C. They feature heating zones ranging from 250 mm to 900 mm, with models available in vertical, horizontal, or universal (angled) configurations.
Constructed with C610 quality (Mullite) Haldenwanger tubes, the furnaces offer exceptional thermal shock resistance and durability. They allow operation in various atmospheric conditions and can be equipped with vacuum systems for advanced applications.
The furnaces are manufactured using high-quality fiber boards with low thermal conductivity, ensuring energy efficiency, fast heating, and uniform temperature distribution. Kanthal A-1 heating elements are selected based on furnace specifications, providing long service life and reliable performance.
Control System:
Lava Series furnaces are equipped with advanced PID digital controllers (EVO Mini, EVO 770, and multi-zone control options). Programs can be set up to 9999 minutes per step, and the Hot Start feature ensures process continuity after power failures. Multi-zone models provide Master/Slave control for improved temperature homogeneity.
