Split Tube Furnaces
Nova Series split tube furnaces offer precise high-temperature control up to 1100°C with single or multi-zone options, rotary or fixed tubes, and optional ceramic or quartz tubes for lab applications.
Nova Series – Split Tube Furnaces
The Nova Series split tube furnaces are designed with heating zones of 250 mm and multiples, reaching a maximum temperature of 1100°C. They can be manufactured as single or multi-zone controlled, with vertical, horizontal, or rotary (angled) tube configurations.
In standard models, the furnaces can accommodate tubes with an outer diameter up to 100 mm. Customized sizes are also available upon request. Rotary tube models keep the tube in continuous motion, ensuring that samples are evenly heated and transported from one end to the other with excellent temperature uniformity.
The split design chamber allows convenient operation with tubes or reactors. Working tubes are available as optional components in C610 grade ceramic or quartz material.
The furnaces are equipped with specially designed PID controllers, minimizing temperature fluctuations at the set point. Each program step can be defined up to 9999 minutes, and in case of a power failure, the program resumes from the last step.
