Glass Fusion Furnace
Hare Series glass fusion furnaces offer top-loading design, multi-zone heating, and PID control up to 1200°C for precise, homogeneous glass fusion processes in labs.
The Hare Series glass fusion furnaces are top-loading laboratory furnaces designed with at least 4 side heating zones, capable of reaching temperatures up to 1200°C. These furnaces are commonly referred to as glass fusion furnaces and are optimized for homogeneous heating, rapid temperature ramp-up, and enhanced durability according to user requirements.
Our custom-designed PID control systems minimize temperature fluctuations at set points. Programs can define each step up to 9999 minutes, and in case of power interruptions, the program resumes from the last step.
Optional Features:
-
Brick lining at the base
-
Additional heating zones
-
Multi-zone (zoned) temperature control
-
Top fan for enhanced heat circulation
Control Unit Options: EVO Mini (1P–2A) | EVO 770 (1P40A / 5P40A / 20P40A)
