Annealing, Ceramic, and Sintering Furnace
Piri Series chamber furnaces operate between 1100°C–1300°C with volumes from 75L. Ideal for annealing, ceramics, and
Piri Series Chamber Furnaces are industrial type furnaces designed for applications such as annealing, ceramics, and sintering. They operate between 1100°C and 1300°C with chamber volumes starting from 75 liters and above.
The furnaces can be customized with side-opening or vertical guillotine doors, offering flexibility for different working conditions. A safety switch disconnects power when the door is opened, while the high-temperature protection alarm ensures operator and equipment safety.
The furnace chamber features reinforced insulation bricks at the bottom and edges, providing resistance against impacts and abrasion. High-quality fiber boards with low thermal conductivity guarantee fast heating, energy efficiency, and uniform heat distribution within the chamber.
Optional Features:
-
Vertical guillotine door system
-
Firebrick bottom for enhanced abrasion resistance
-
Movable bottom table (car-type system) for easy sample handling
-
Multi-zone temperature control
-
Additional heating elements in door, bottom, or rear wall
The furnaces are engineered with precise heat transfer and strength calculations, ensuring long service life and stable performance. Heater elements are selected based on operating temperature to provide optimum durability and efficiency.
Control System:
Equipped with advanced PID-controlled digital controllers, minimizing fluctuations at set values. Each program step can be set up to 9999 minutes, and thanks to the Hot Start function, the system resumes operation from the same step after a power failure.
Safety & Construction:
Double-layer steel construction with ventilation gaps ensures safe operation by minimizing the outer surface temperature. Furnaces can be manufactured with epoxy-coated steel or full stainless steel housing, meeting ISO 9001 quality standards.
Standard Features:
-
High-quality fiber insulation materials
-
High-temperature safety alarm
-
Long-life heating elements
-
User-friendly PID controllers
-
Side-opening door system
-
Movable polyamide wheels
-
Integrated or separate control unit (depending on model)
