1100°C–1200°C Quartz Tube Laboratory Furnaces
Nevo-QTZ Series ash furnaces with 1100°C and 1200°C options, 4–7L chamber capacity, quartz tube heaters, PID control, and advanced safety systems for precise laboratory applications.
Nevo-QTZ Series Ash Furnaces are compact, high-precision laboratory furnaces designed for ashing and heat treatment applications. With maximum operating temperatures of 1100°C and 1200°C and chamber capacities of 4 liters and 7 liters, these furnaces deliver reliable performance and durability for laboratories, universities, and research centers.
The quartz tube-protected heating elements ensure maximum resistance against sample splashes and arc formation, significantly extending heater lifespan. The inner chamber is available in two sizes:
-
130 × 155 × 200 mm (4 L)
-
170 × 200 × 205 mm (7 L)
The specially designed spring-loaded front door provides excellent sealing, preventing heat and smoke leakage. A natural ventilation system and an exhaust chimney connected to the chamber allow gases to be discharged safely. Optionally, a fan-assisted exhaust system can be integrated.
For user safety, the furnace features a safety interlock switch that cuts power when the door is opened and an over-temperature protection relay. The external surface temperature is minimized with high-quality insulation materials and double-wall construction, ensuring safe laboratory operation.
Nevo-QTZ furnaces are equipped with the EVO Mini PID controller with a dual digital display, enabling precise temperature regulation. The controller supports programmable ramps and holding steps up to 9999 minutes, and with the HOT START function, programs resume automatically after a power failure.
Temperature is measured with a long-life N-type thermocouple encased in an Inconel sheath, offering ±1°C accuracy and high corrosion resistance.
