Nevo Series Chamber-Type Ash Furnaces are compact laboratory furnaces designed for ashing, heat treatment, and material testing applications. With maximum operating temperatures of 1000°C and 1100°C and 3–4 liter chamber capacities, these furnaces offer precise temperature control and reliable performance for laboratories, universities, and research centers.
The unique cell-structured chamber design protects heating elements by isolating them within closed cells, preventing damage from sample splashes and electrical arcs. This design ensures extended heater lifespan and improved operational safety.
Built with high-quality ceramic chambers and low thermal conductivity fiber boards, Nevo furnaces provide efficient thermal insulation. The double-walled structure keeps the external surface temperature minimal, ensuring user safety during operation.
For additional safety, the furnace includes a safety switch that cuts power when the door is opened and an over-temperature protection alarm.
Equipped with the EVO Mini PID controller, Nevo furnaces minimize temperature fluctuations and allow delay and hold programming up to 9999 minutes. In the event of a power interruption, the program resumes automatically.
