1100°C–1600°C Benchtop Chamber Furnaces
RS Series chamber furnaces deliver precise temperature control from 1100°C to 1600°C with 5–45L capacity, PID controllers, and advanced safety features for laboratory and research use.
RS Series Chamber Furnaces are high-performance laboratory furnaces designed for precise heat treatment processes between 1100°C and 1600°C. With chamber volumes ranging from 5 liters to 45 liters, these benchtop furnaces are ideal for research laboratories, universities, and industrial applications requiring controlled high-temperature environments.
The upward-opening furnace door is specially designed to minimize user exposure to heat. A safety switch cuts the power when the door is opened, while the over-temperature protection alarm ensures maximum safety for both user and furnace chamber.
The inner chamber is reinforced with high-quality insulating bricks, providing increased resistance to impacts and abrasion. Thanks to the double-walled structure, the outer surface temperature is kept to a minimum, ensuring safe operation even during long heating cycles.
RS furnaces are equipped with PID-controlled temperature controllers that minimize fluctuations around the setpoint. Each step can be programmed up to 9999 minutes, and in case of power interruptions, the program resumes automatically. Multiple program and step options are available depending on the selected controller (EVO Mini, EVO 770).
